What do you have on this site that you didn't have on the old site?
Glad you asked! The short answer is – a lot! We still have the exact same courses (though we will be adding to them more frequently now – stay tuned for our next new course "Ain't Misbehavin: Discipline and the Adopted Child"). We now have free articles and white papers on topics of interest that are available for you to download. You can visit the site without registering or logging in – just to visit! We are also adding a community forum so you can "meet" other parents who may be experiencing the same things you are. Back to top

Where are my courses and certificates?
They are still here! Click on "my account" on the right-hand side of any page. Use your same username & password...your page will come up and all your courses, certificates and other account information will be there. Back to top

Where is "myALP" page?
It's still here – we are just calling it "my account" now. Just click on "my account" on the right hand side of any page. The format is a bit different, but the information is still the same. Back to top

How do I register on ALP?
You do not need to register until you have items in your cart and are ready to check out. At that point, all you need to do is follow the prompts you are given. It is a simple registration process, but the information you give us will help us serve you better, and make our courses and site more helpful to adoptive families in the future. Back to top

Do I still pay the same way?
All payments must be made through a major credit card. We use a third-party payment system, so your information is secure. When you are ready to make a purchase, you just click on the "shopping cart" in the extreme upper right hand corner of the page. There you will be led through the payment process. Back to top
