Welcome to registering with Adoption Learning Partners

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Are you taking these courses for adoption or foster care training? Please make sure you know the following before you register:

Illinois Residents:

Are you fostering or adopting a child who is in foster care in Illinois? (Note: this does not include private agency infant or international adoptions). If the answer is yes, you are eligible to enroll in courses and receive certificates at no charge. You will be required to provide DCFS license information when you register. Illinois DCFS requires spouses/partners to register and complete courses independently.

All other Users:

1. Is your adoption agency an ALP Agency Partner? If yes, they will provide you with an Agency Partner Code Number to enter into your registration profile. If you don’t have the information now, you may still register and provide the information to us later.
2. Does your adoption agency require separate certificates for each spouse/partner or do they allow one certificate with both names. If you need separate certificates then you must each complete separate registrations on this website and enroll in courses independently.
3. Fill out your registration form exactly as you want your certificate to read. Make sure to capitalize your first and last name.
