Technical Requirements
Accessing Homework and Handouts
The homework links are accessible for each chapter from the chapter's Introduction
Page or within the chapter.
Clicking on a Homework Icon will open the document in a new browser window. Most
documents are in Microsoft Word. You can save, print and/or email them as an attachment
to your agency or mentor. Some documents require Adobe Acrobat. You can download the
plugin here:

Video Technical Requirements
Short videos are provided to enhance your experience. A fast Internet connection is
recommended, but not required.
The video can be displayed using Quicktime or the built-in browser media player on
your computer. Quicktime provides better response, and is strongly recommended, but it
must be installed on your computer.
Quicktime can be downloaded for free for Windows and Macintosh computers at the
