- Identify the information needed to develop a complete file of your
child's history
- Determine your family's current need for services and project
possible future needs
- Recognize resources available to your child and eligibility requirements.

your child and family's needs with available resources
- Develop ways for communicating
with the individuals and agencies providing services to your child
